		<description>I don&#039;t understand how the Android Marketplace interacts with whether a vendor is a member of the Open Handset Alliance or not.  jkk suggested on the podcast that because his phone came from a German company that wasn&#039;t an OHA member that it doesn&#039;t have the Android Marketplace on it.  Yet Verizon in the US isn&#039;t an OHA member, yet its Android phones have all the expected Android Marketplace access etc.  Like the Droid or the upcoming Nexus One for Verizon.  However, AT&amp;T is not an OHA member, and has just released the Backflip, which is apparently very locked down, likely with a signed bootloader courtesy of Motorola and no access to the Android Marketplace...</description>
